Lake Como Grenadine Silk
Genuine grenadine silk is produced exclusively in Como, on wooden shuttle looms dating back to the early 1900s. Twisted yarn dyed silk yarns are woven in a loose, gauze weave, creating a sheer, textured fabric that drapes beautifully.
Only 2 mills in Como make this specialty fabric, making the supplies quite coveted.
A true grenadine silk tie is a refined addition to every gentlemans wardrobe.
