We at Elizabetta want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do the following:

  1. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of item, and we will issue a return authorization number and an address of where to send the items (in Wisconsin) or work out an exchange.
  2. Items must be received by us within 5 business days of issuing the return authorization in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and re-packaged in its original packing.

If the above conditions are respected, we will issue a full refund for the item shortly after receiving it. We reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking fee or not to accept a return if the above terms are not respected.

Changes, cancellations:

We ship 1-2 business days after we receive your order. If changes need to be made, we will make every effort to do so. Please email us

Within the Continental USA  (including APO/FPO and US PO Box addresses)

  • FREE Ground SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00
  • USPS Priority Mail (usually 3-5 business days from the day order is shipped) US $6.50
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (next business day delivery from the day order is shipped to most addresses) US $28.00.We ship within 2 business days after the order is received. 
  • If you need it sooner please write us and we will see if we can find a solution.

Hawaii and Alaska

  • USPS Priority Mail (usually 3-5 business days) US $10.00
  • USPS Priority Mail Express US $29.00 (next business day delivery from the day order is shipped to most addresses) We ship within 2 business days after the order is received.

CANADA

  • DHL Express. (generally 2-5 business days from the day the order is shipped) Prices start at US $21.00. The actual price is calculated at checkout.  (Don't worry, you will see the price before paying)
  • A signature is required at delivery.
  • This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

INTERNATIONAL

  • DHL Express. (generally 3-7 business days from the day the order is shipped) Prices start at US $22.00. The actual price is calculated at checkout.  (Don't worry, you will see the price before paying)
  • A signature is required at delivery.
  • This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
