                You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

                Damages

                Elizabetta Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

                Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

                ***Please note: we do everything possible to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, and normally there are no problems, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays.

                RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

                Holiday purchases placed between December 1 – December 25, 2019 can be returned for a full refund by January 12, 2020.

                We at Elizabetta want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do the following: 

                We will reply to your request within 2 business days.

                1. Please fill out the form below by Jan. 12, and we will issue a return authorization number and an address of where to send the items (in Wisconsin) or work out an exchange.
                2. Items must be received by us within 5 business days of issuing the return authorization in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and repackaged in its original packing.

                • If the above conditions are respected, we will issue a full refund for the item shortly after receiving it. We reserve the right to charge a 30-50% restocking fee or not to accept a return if the above terms are not respected.
                • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
