Returns

We at Elizabetta want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do the following:

First - e-mail us within 7 days of receipt of item, and we will issue a return authorization number and an address of where to send the items (in Wisconsin) or work out an exchange.

Second - Return merchandise must be received by us within 5 business days of issuing the return authorization in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and re-packaged in its original packing.

If the above conditions are respected, we will issue a full refund for the item shortly after receiving it. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or not to accept a return if the above terms are not respected.

We ship 1-2 business days after we receive your order. If changes need to be made, we will make every effort to do so. Please e-mail us.
